What does it mean a commemoration of the traditional Victory Day celebrations on 9 May by Russia which fircefully has occupied over 4000 sqare kilometers of the territories of Azerbaijan?
What does it mean that the most dangerous enemy of Azerbaijan, namely, Russia [in its north] after the occupation of over 4000 sqare kilometers of the Azerbaijani territories [hand-in-hand with the most powerful countries of the West like the USA, France, Belgium and the Netherland] name this occupation as the peacekeeping mission!!??
Have you ever seen any peacekeeping forces to support the separatists and to create thousands of houses there and provide the separatists the Russian passports and to name the language of the military forces as the official language of the region where they supposed to do a peace mission?
Russia is doing all these international violations in the occupied region of Azerbaijan in the Karabakh province.
Russian Victory Parade over Germany must be done in the Russian territories not in Egypt, not in Italy, not in the USA and finally not in the Azetbaijani territories in the Karsbakh province.
What Russia under the leadership of Vladimir Putin has done [since 10 Nov 2020] has been promising the creation of the 2nd Republic of Armenia within the territories of Azerbaijan.
Russian military industrial complex
delivers their mass killings weapons to Armenia and through the Lachin corridors to the hands of the Armenian separatists in the Ksrabakh province of Azerbaijan.
While the Russian people struggling with the severe economic crisis in Russia and millions of people are starving, Vladimir Putin flows all financial resources into the occupied Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
The Armenian separatists receive money, house, the Russian pasdports, welfare for their kids.
The small cities with hundreds or thousands buildings are made for the separatist Armenians to accept the rule of Russia in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
The Karabakh is the Azerbaijani territory but the Russian military officers stop the Azerbaijani trucks within this part of territories of Azerbaijan and order to the Armenian separatists to inspect the Azerbaijani trucks and do not allow the Azerbaijani truck drivers to be free there.
Only Russian laws are allowed in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan in the Karabakh province.
The name of the leader of the Armenian separatists Aruit Harouitoniyan in the Karabakh province of Azerbaijan has been delivered as a criminal person to the Intetpol to arrest him.
Also the name of the leader of the security affairs in the Karabakh region of Azerbajan Mr. Vitaly Balasanian has been given to the Interpol for hid crimes in the Khojali genocide (26 April 1992).
Aruit Haouitonoyan and Vitaly Balasaryan are 2 persons who are accused of committing crimes against humanity.
Vladimir Putin invite these criminals into the Kremlin palace in Moscow and designs with them many military and piliticsl plots against Azerbsijan.
The Russian parade within the territory of Azerbaijan means Mr. Putin and his cowboys do not recognize the sovereignty of Azerbaijan and the basic principals of the international laws.

Russia describes this parade: Victory Day Parades (Парад Победы).
If this is a common military parades by the Russuan Army that are held on 9 May every year, Vladimir Putin and his cowboys must understand the Russia must do its military parade ONLY in Russia.
If there is any parade for the commemoration from the Russian Army, of couse, this Russian parade must be within the territory of Russis.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and his two cowboys (Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Shoigo) cannot send their soldiers and officials to make their military parade in the city of Mecca, the holy city of Muslims.

Since last 10th November 2020 when President Vladimir Putin ordered to its Army to occupy some parts of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, has passed 173 days.
This day, 10 November 2020 was 24 weeks ago (173 days ago) and it was World Science Day for Peace and Development.
This day was proclaimed by UNESCO as World Science Day for Peace and Development in 2001 and it was first celebrated on November 10, 2002.
The day of occupation of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan by Russian troops in 315th day of the year while 51 days left in 2020 deplored all peace lovers around the world.
The hostility of Russia to peace as well as to the partner of Azerbaijan, namely, Turkey were the reasons that President Putin decided to occupy the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan on the Day of Mourning for Kemal Ataturk, the founder of the modern Turkey and on Science Day for Peace and Development on 10 November 2020.
Today is Sunday 02 May 2021 and it has passed 173 days from the occupation of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
